Persistent Highlights
Support for displaying ‘Persistent Highlight Sets’ in the Heretik Viewer in the ‘Other Data Found’ section. Create new or use existing ‘Persistent Highlight Sets’ to easily navigate to their location in your document.
Regular Expressions
Create your own or add existing ‘Regular Expressions’ via the ‘Search’ bar in the Heretik Viewer. Easily view and navigate to RegEx locations in your document using the ‘Other Data Found’ section.
Inline Comments & Tags
Create inline comments and add relevant tags for supplemental context within the Heretik Viewer. Easily spot and expand comments by clicking highlighted text, or use the highlights mini-map to quickly navigate to their location.
Save & Next
Reduce the number of clicks and speed up doc-to-doc review time with the ‘Save & Next’ button in the Heretik Viewer.
Send to Field
Select text and ‘Send to Field’ for single-choice, multi-choice, and yes/no field types. Give others the direct context behind why choices were selected.
Highlights Mini-map
A color-coded mini-map to visually indicate important data and it’s location using the Heretik Viewer. Click on the Highlight Mini-map to quickly navigate to search results, manually coded data, or data automatically found across the entire document.
Contextual Hover
Hover over highlights in the contract to get contextual pop-ups with more information.
Quick Search
Select text and hit ‘CTRL-F’ to automatically run a smart keyword search across the contract for all instances of that word or phrase.
View in Relativity
As you navigate contracts using the Heretik Viewer, the ‘View in Relativity’ button now automatically navigates with you.
Other Enhancements
- The document count queue in the Heretik Viewer now includes documents that have not been run through Heretik analysis. If you navigate to such a document, you’ll get a message/button to view that document in Relativity.
- Changed default batch size for Heretik Analysis from 10 to 1 so that analysis performance is not an issue for long contracts.
- Ability to expand and collapse items in ‘Other Data Found.’
- For very long contracts, displaying the text, layouts, and ‘Other Data Found’ is now 10x faster.
- Enhanced experience for single-choice coding and choice creation in the Heretik Viewer.
