Heretik and Zuva announce strategic partnership with launch of new machine learning model integration
With Heretik’s latest software release, users now have the ability to integrate over 1,200 Zuva Smart Fields into their contract analysis models within their Heretik workspaces.

CHICAGO – March 24, 2022 – Contract review platform Heretik and Zuva, a contract analysis AI provider, have announced a strategic partnership with the launch of a new machine learning model integration with Heretik’s latest software release.
Zuva is a spin-out from Kira Systems, which built a leading position in the contract analysis and AI for lawyers markets, and was recently acquired by Litera. Its Doc AI, powered by the industry-leading machine learning technology developed over the past 10+ years at Kira Systems, is now fully available within Heretik. Heretik customers now have the ability to run any of the 1200+ pre-trained Zuva Smart Fields directly within their review workspaces, while still capitalizing on Heretik’s contract review toolkit – including its proprietary and beloved Heretik Viewer.
With the integration, Heretik users now have the ability to choose from a menu of Zuva Smart Fields while running Heretik Analysis. Once selected, Heretik’s technology automates the remaining workflow by translating the selected Smart Fields into Relativity fields, creating a new coding layout, and seamlessly populating the key data points that Zuva extracts. After analysis is completed, Heretik also highlights these data points in its contract viewer and hyperlinks each highlight to its corresponding field so users can simply click to navigate within each agreement.
